The holiday season is well underway and that trip you booked last year is coming around the corner. If you want to keep refreshed and slim try to steer away from fatty and sugary drinks. Try to have at least 2 litres of water a day and save putting on calories. It can also prevent you from being tired which can help you remain active throughout the day and save the afternoon slump that causes you to fall asleep.
