1. What are your wholesale terms?

Our terms and conditions are as followed for pre-qualified buyers: Minimum opening order $500.00. Reorder is no limit. Order must be written in packs. Rechishop reserves the right to increase quantities to meet our minimum requirements. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Special orders may require up to 60days. (Please inquire for special order lead-time). All orders are FOB Chongqing,China . Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping /handling charges are additional. First order must be Wire Transfer or Moneybookers.com. No COD accepted. A 50% deposit will be require for orders over $2500. Backorders will be shipped automatically. All backorders cancel if under $50.00 or after 60days of ship date. Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.

2. How do I set up an account with Rechishop.com ?

Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email. We will check the information you submitted, and at the end of the next business day, we will provide you with a user name and password. This will allow you to view all of our products at wholesale prices.

3. How do I know my reseller application has been processed and/or approved?

The whole process takes approximately 2-3 business days from the time you submitted in your Reseller Agreement. After your application has been processed and approved, you will receive an email from our Staff. Our Reseller Specialists, will be ready to discuss your purchasing needs and what we can do to help you succeed in your new wholesale business endeavor.

4. Is there minimum quantity order requirement

Yes,We ask that first time orders be for a minimum of US$500.00.After the first order,the buyer can benefit from our full range of deep discounts that Rechishop offers We make this recommendation so that first time orders are composed of a small selection of each product and represents a variety of styles and colors. This allows you to see which garments will sell best in your store. We can be flexible here to accommodate your individual shop needs.

5. What type of Payments does Rechishop Wholesale accept?

We accept; Wire transfer or Moneybookers payment methods for wholesalers only.If the order amount is more than US$2,500, we require at least 50% to start production on a garment. The balance is paid before we ship your order.

For our wholesale or dropship customer placing small order (less than US$300),we also accept Paypal payment method but plus 5% of the order total amount extra fee.If the order amount is more than US$300, we require accept the Wire transfer or Moneybookers payment methods only.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are permissible in the event that you have received defective merchandise. YOU MUST REQUEST A Return for Inspection (RFI) number WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, AFTER WHICH TIME WILL BE TOO LATE. If the merchandise are found to be defective, you will be given same merchandise in exchange, a payment refund minus shipping cost, or, credit for future order's. Please allow 2 weeks for returned items to be received and processed. In all cases, return shipping is the reponsibility of the buyer. For all other returns, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. In the event that the shipment appears in any way damaged when it is delivered by the mail carrier, it is your duty to notify the carrier immediately as we will not be responsible for damaged shipments. The same rules apply for dropshipped orders.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Because in the wholesale business, margins are set a minimum, we cannot offer free shipping.

8. How is shipping charged?

Shipping rates will vary depending on shipping address, shipment value, weight and UPS delivery option.The shopping cart will figure costs.

9. I am a wholesaler how do I access your wholesale price?

If you have a account and approved by us as a wholesaler,once you sign in your account with you account name(your register email) and password.All the price will show the wholesale price which is different based on your wholesale rate.

10. Can I review my past orders?

Yes, you can. We provide our customers the convenience of reviewing past orders to track merchandise and costs through our Account Management Tool.

11. Will you do custom product designs for my private label company?

Yes, we sometimes work with large retailers to develop "exclusive" products and custom designs. Please contact us for more information. Please note with special orders, there are special conditions and quantity amounts to be met.

12. What is Dropshipping?

We will drop ship orders to your customers to an address you provide. This service is free to all registered business member. Our company will not appear on anything that will be exposed to your customers, including products, warranties, packing slips and catalogs. Any correspondence between your customer and our warranty service is under the letterhead of Customer Service as it appears on the warranty sheet. We only allow 1 address per order. Each customer order is counted as a separate order and separate shipping and handling fees will be added to each.

14. How do I become a Dropship Member?

Click on the link to register your business information that is posted on our "Business Membership" page. Your membership will allow you to use our DROP SHIP SERVICE without limits. Your Dropship membership in no wise eliminates any shipping or handling fees that are subject to all orders and customers. Once your payment is received, you can begin to use our Dropship service by simply placing your orders. Your account information will be retained.

13. How do I place a Dropship Order?

At checkout, enter the dropship address in the "ship to" field. Your customers information will not be retained after you submit the order. On the receipt page, you will be able to view your customers info in the "Ship To" section. Orders going to different addresses count as a separate order, and will incur separate shipping and handling fees.
